Cancellation Policy

At Rati Mantra, we aim to offer a hassle-free and flexible shopping experience. You can cancel your order only if it has not yet been dispatched from our facility. Once an order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious, violates our terms of service, or indicates fraudulent activity—without prior notice if necessary.

How to Cancel Before Shipment

If your order hasn’t been shipped, you may email our customer care team at info@ratimantra.com with your order details to request a cancellation.

Once your request is received and confirmed, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2–5 business days.

Refund Process for Cancellations

  • For prepaid orders (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI): Refunds will be credited to the original payment account within 2–5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2–3 days for the amount to reflect.

  • We may also offer the option of store credit (in the form of Rati Mantra coupons) which can be used for future purchases.

Note: Any discount vouchers or loyalty points used during the original transaction will be considered redeemed and cannot be reinstated upon cancellation.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return or exchange within 5 days of delivery.

Steps to raise a return/exchange request:

  1. Email us at info@ratimantra.com with your order ID and reason for return/exchange.

  2. Include clear images of the product and invoice. Ensure batch number and product condition are visible.

  3. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup within 15 business days.

  4. Once the product is received and verified in original packaging with all labels and seals intact, we will process your refund or exchange.

Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • The product is not in its original packaging or missing labels, tags, or barcodes.

  • The product has been tampered with, used, or altered.

  • The return is initiated after 5 days of receiving the order.

  • The item was offered as a free gift and is not part of a paid transaction.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, or if the seal is broken, follow these steps:

  1. Email info@ratimantra.com within 5 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order ID along with:

    • Photos or a video showing the damage or issue clearly.

    • Images of the packaging (inside and outside) and product batch details.

Once verified, our team will confirm whether a replacement or refund is applicable. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be processed.

Refund Timeline

  • For accepted returns, refunds will be initiated within 2–5 business days of receiving and verifying the returned item.

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be made to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, we will request your bank details via email and process a bank transfer. This may take an additional 2–3 days to reflect in your account.

  • Optionally, refunds may also be offered as Rati Mantra store credit for future use.

Partial Returns & Free Gifts

  • You may return individual items from a multi-product order.

  • However, any free product received with your order must also be returned in original condition and packaging.
