Order & Delivery Terms
- Rati Mantra reserves the right to refuse orders that include unsupported payment methods such as cheques, money orders, drafts, or unverified e-banking transactions.
- Orders with insufficient funds or payment failure will not be processed.
- Deliveries are made to the shipping address provided during checkout. If you require delivery to multiple locations, please place separate orders.
- If you’re unavailable to receive the delivery, a representative can receive the package on your behalf. The delivery agent may request a valid photo ID or proof of address.
- The recipient or representative may be asked to sign a delivery confirmation. Refusal to sign will be treated as a rejection of delivery.
- Please ensure accurate delivery address details and any specific delivery instructions to facilitate a smooth handover.
International Shipping & Customs
All Rati Mantra products are shipped internationally from our warehouse in New Delhi, India via trusted courier services such as DHL, FedEx, and India Post.
- In most cases, international orders are delivered without additional fees.
- However, in some regions, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply upon arrival. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are not controlled or estimated by Rati Mantra.
- If such duties apply, the customer is solely responsible for paying the applicable fees.
- To simplify this process, our logistics partners handle customs clearance and deliver directly to your doorstep.
Duties & Taxes
- Duties and taxes are not included in the product price and may vary based on your country’s import policies.
- Any applicable customs or import charges are payable by the recipient upon delivery.
- These charges are not refundable, and refusal to pay them may result in the package being returned to India without a refund.
Customs Compliance
- It is the responsibility of the recipient to fulfill any import documentation requirements for customs clearance in their country.
- In most cases, a visit to the customs office is not required. However, some countries may require additional paperwork.
- If the customer fails to complete the required customs procedures, and the parcel is returned or destroyed by local customs, Rati Mantra is not liable for refunds or redelivery.
