1. Product Description & Accuracy
Rati Mantra attempts to be as accurate as possible in the description of products on the Website. However, we do not warrant that the product description, colour, information, or other content on the Website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. The Website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies that may not be complete or current.
The product pictures are indicative and may not match the actual product. While we strive to display the colours of products as accurately as possible, actual colours may vary depending on your monitor settings.
We reserve the right to correct, change, or update any information, errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time (including after an order has been submitted) without prior notice. Such changes may also include adjustments to product pricing or availability.
Due to the natural sourcing of raw materials, product availability may vary seasonally. In products like juices, sedimentation may occur, and variations in colour, texture, and taste may happen between batches. However, the nutritional value of the products remains consistent.

2. Pricing
All products listed on the Website will be sold at the Maximum Retail Price (MRP), unless otherwise stated. Prices shown on the Website are inclusive of applicable taxes.
The price applicable at the time of placing the order will be the final price charged at delivery. If prices increase or decrease after placing the order, no additional charges or refunds will be applied at the time of delivery.
Please verify the total amount payable at checkout before confirming your order. This total will be clearly displayed and will include all applicable charges. No extra charges will be collected at the time of delivery.
3. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Cancellations
You may cancel an order only if it has not been dispatched. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. To request cancellation, email info@ratimantra.com with your order details. For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 2–5 business days to the original payment method.
Please note: Any loyalty points or discount codes used will be deemed redeemed and cannot be reinstated.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery, only in cases of:
- Damaged products
- Defective items
- Wrong items sent
To initiate a return:
- Email info@ratimantra.com with your order ID, reason, and photos of the product and invoice.
- Ensure the product is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
- We will arrange a reverse pickup. Once verified, a replacement or refund will be issued.
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product is used, opened, or tampered with.
- Original labels or seals are missing.
- The return is initiated after 5 days of delivery.
- The product was received as a free gift.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days after the returned item is verified:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method.
- COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer. You will be contacted for account details.
- Store Credit: May be provided as an alternative in some cases.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We offer free international shipping with two options:
1. Expedited Shipping (via DHL or FedEx Express)
- Eligibility: Orders above $100 USD
- Delivery Time: 4–5 working days
- Cost: Free
2. Standard Shipping
- Eligibility: Orders below $100 USD
- Delivery Time: 14–24 working days
- Cost: Free
Delivery Terms
- Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout.
- Multiple delivery locations require separate orders.
- If unavailable to receive the order, a representative may accept it on your behalf with a valid ID.
- Delivery personnel may request a signature. Refusal to sign will be treated as a delivery rejection.
- Please ensure all delivery details and instructions are accurate.
5. International Shipping & Customs
All products are shipped internationally from our warehouse in New Delhi, India using trusted couriers such as DHL, FedEx, and India Post.
Most international deliveries are completed without additional charges. However, some regions may impose customs duties or taxes. These are determined by your local customs authority and are not within our control.
- All customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
- Our logistics partners will manage customs clearance and deliver to your address.
- Refusal to pay duties may result in the package being returned or destroyed without eligibility for refund.
6. Customs Compliance
Customers are responsible for completing any documentation or procedures required by their country’s customs office. While most shipments clear without issue, additional paperwork may occasionally be required. If the parcel is returned or destroyed due to non-compliance, we will not issue a refund or re-delivery.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. All disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
